Joshua Fadenholz, Piano
Joshua Fadenholz began studying piano at a young age. He has his bachelor’s degree in music composition from Cleveland State University. Throughout his undergrad, he studied with different CSU piano faculty members, including Dr. Robert Cassidy, Javier Gonzalez, and Grammy winner Angelin Chang. He went on to earn his master’s degree in piano performance at Cleveland State under Cleveland Orchestra pianist, Joela Jones. During his time at CSU, Joshua worked extensively as a piano accompanist.
Joshua has been teaching piano for over a decade and currently teaches private piano and class keyboard at Cuyahoga Community College as an adjunct professor. Joshua is an active pianist throughout Northeast Ohio. He has been an accompanist for various events and for many middle and high school solo and ensemble competitions. He is currently the Music Director and Organist at All Saints Episcopal Church in Parma. He has composed for faculty, students, orchestra, wind, and chamber ensembles. He has worked with renowned visiting guest artists including the JACK Quartet, Ars Futura, Alarm Will Sound, Zeitgeist, and the NO EXIT contemporary music ensemble. In March of 2015, the London College of Music premiered his “Homage to Vivaldi’s Gloria.” The same piece was given its American premiere in November of 2018 with Choral Arts Cleveland.
